The hotel was located conveniently to where my meetings were held with excellent access to nearby transit stations.
Although conveniently located in an office complex, the hotel is not within walking distance to tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc..

Air conditioning. Reliable standard of suervice.
There was a major convention at the hotel which took over much of the Hotel and restricted my access to some facilities. This wasn't made aware to me at the time I made the booking

nothing was very good.
Internet was expensive, water in the shower went from boiling to freezing every 15 seconds without touching the handle (desk staff said they would send someone to look and didn't), room was expensive and woefully out dated 1970's style, room and breakfast were expensive for the quality of the hotel... beer at the bar was expensive (which should be a crime in Germany).

We explored the nearby hiking and biking trails. One day, we went for a relaxing walk in the big park, perfect for enjoying nature. The hotel offered a nice lounge area to hang out, and the room was decent. Just a note, the parking can be a bit pricey, so plan ahead.

The rooms were of a good size; staff were friendly enough and the swimming pool/sauna complex was particularly good.
Everything was on the expensive side including the room rates themselves. It is situated away from Bonn city centre so perhaps not ideal for those on a sightseeing weekend away. However, absolutely ideal for those attending a conference at the same venue
